The average rental price for a non-doorman one-bedroom unit decreased by 1.31%, from $4,065 to $4,012. The average rental price for a non-doorman two-bedroom unit increased by 0.41%, from $5,230 to $5,252. The average rental price for a doorman studio unit increased by 0.63%, from $4,102 to $4,128. The average rental price for a one-bedroom doorman unit increased by 0.85%, from $5,517 to $5,564. The average rental price for a doorman two-bedroom unit increased by 2.22%, from $6,980 to $7,135.
Year-over-year, the average rental price for a non-doorman studio increased by 5.97%, and the average rental price for a doorman studio increased by 3.09%. The average rental price for a non-doorman one-bedroom unit increased by 8.16%, and doorman one-bedroom units saw their average rental price increase by 4.35%. The average rental price for a non-doorman two-bedroom unit increased by 7.50%, while the average rental price for doorman two-bed room units decreased by 1.95%. Overall, the average rental price in Manhattan increased by 2.64% from this time last year.
